Product description

Who hasn't experienced it - the amount of data and the number of relevant data silos in companies has been growing ever faster for years. Employees already spend over 30 minutes a day on internal research and increasingly have to ask colleagues for help. In the last few years alone, the time spent on digital searches in internal systems has increased by over 77%. With challenges such as the shortage of skilled workers and demographic change, it is becoming increasingly important for companies to be able to access existing know-how quickly. With amberSearch, we are building what employees already know from their private environment on the Internet (e.g. search engines and chatbots such as ChatGPT) on internal know-how. This gives employees a simple and low-threshold entry point for finding internal know-how quickly and easily. This can reduce the time required for internal information research by up to 40%. New employees become efficient much faster. Thanks to a broad set of standard connectors and integration options such as a team app or a desktop app, amberSearch can be easily integrated into existing systems. It is particularly important to amberSearch to be able to offer its solution independently of third-party providers, which is why third-party modules are not used. In this way, amberSearch uses its own expertise to develop a GDPR-compliant solution that upholds European values. Of course, existing access rights are completely taken over, so that every employee only ever finds the information to which he or she has access anyway.

About the vendor

Founded in Aachen in 2020, the amberSearch team was one of the first German companies to recognize the potential of large language models for internal information management. The team developed its own LLMs back then and has been writing a real success story ever since.
