Preparation: Preliminary discussions with stakeholders to develop a common understanding of motivation, vision, goals, and use cases. 2. Execution: - Visioning: Definition of project goals. - Customer Journey Mapping: Outlines how users interact with the product and identifies the most important features. - Agile Requirements Management: Clarification of requirements regarding scalability, security, and other quality criteria. 3. Result Derivation: Derivation of requirements and Epics, which are transferred to a common backlog and visualized using Story Mapping to clearly present the "Big Picture" and dependencies. Result: At the end of the workshop, you receive the following concrete results that make your project ready for launch: - An Architecture Concept (taking quality requirements into account). - An estimated and prioritized MVP Backlog (based on user requirements). - The definition of relevant Target Groups. - A Photo Protocol of the workshop results summarized by inovex.
