Product description
The goal is to build a sovereign developer platform as a reference implementation based on your use case. This will enable your developers to use STACKIT. Our Customer Success team will build the setup together with you to ensure optimal knowledge transfer. PoC plan in 5 steps 1. Kick-off, assessment & use case definition: Joint start, clarify roles, align on the approach; define requirements and success criteria, outline the target state, and prioritize the PoC scope (dev/prod, teams, services). 2. Enablement (CUS-led): Our Customer Success team leads the PoC and shares know-how (best practices, templates, examples). 3. Integrate identity provider & org model: Implement IAM/SSO integration; define the organizational model (platform team vs. app teams, responsibilities, naming/tagging standards). 4. Build landing zone(s) & internal platform: Set up the STACKIT landing zone (including a coupled dev/prod setup with SKE tenants); provide preconfigured developer workspaces (SKE, CI/CD); enable self-service for cloud tenants (STACKIT projects). 5. Manage cloud costs & show-and-tell: Activate cost/billing mechanisms (transparency, allocation, reports); demo the results with the application team, gather feedback, and derive next steps.
